　　中新网4月28日电 据国家移民管理局官方微博消息，国家移民管理局28日举行新闻发布会。公民出入境管理司副司长王凌表示，为进一步便利内地人才往来港澳地区，促进内地与港澳间科研、学术、专业服务等领域交往交流，2023年2月20日，国家移民管理局率先在粤港澳大湾区内地城市试点实施往来港澳人才签注政策。政策实施1年多时间，已有超过2万名湾区高层次人才获发人才签注，有效激发创新主体活力。

　　王凌指出，北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区是我国重点建设的高水平人才高地。为进一步便利人才、技术等创新要素自由流动，促进产学研深度融合，实现人才共享共用，推进三大人才高地协同发展，此次将人才签注政策拓展至北京、上海，有效覆盖京沪的科研院所、高等院校、医疗机构、创新产业等，符合条件的6类内地人才包括：杰出人才、科研人才、文教人才、卫健人才、法律人才，以及管理和专业技术等其他人才，可以申办有效期1年至5年不等的赴港澳人才签注，持证人在签注有效期内可以不限次数往来香港或者澳门地区，每次在香港或者澳门停留不超过30天。
